A leading corporate services platform is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and relationship management across Singapore.
This role combines origination, client ownership, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong focus on building pipelines, converting opportunities, and delivering integrated solutions across accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and originate new business opportunities within corporate services
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and professional networks
- Drive cross-selling of accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial services
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage onboarding, KYC/AML, and ongoing client servicing
- Monitor pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client profitability
- Represent the firm at networking events and support marketing initiatives
- Provide market insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
- About 5 – 7 years of experience in business development within corporate or professional services
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong network within the Singapore corporate services / professional services market
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional proposals and client solutions
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to solution-sell and understand client needs
