Our client is a global professional firm that offers Trust, Corporate and Fund services to clients. They have a good track record in the industry. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Operations Officer and the position is based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with different colleagues to manage business processes and operational projects
- Work as a team to identify and analyze areas that should implement change and enhance efficiencies for the business
- Assist in implementing projects to enhance efficiency of work processes and workflows
- Assist in drafting procedures, documenting business requirements and preparing reports
- Monitor the progress of projects and change, ensure they are aligned with business objectives
- Update senior management on the projects and change, and business operations
Key Requirements
- Around 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, project and change etc
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other disciplines
- Good English and Chinese language proficiency
