Business Operations Officer, Trust Industry (Hong Kong)

Our client is a global professional firm that offers Trust, Corporate and Fund services to clients. They have a good track record in the industry. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Operations Officer and the position is based in Hong Kong.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with different colleagues to manage business processes and operational projects
  • Work as a team to identify and analyze areas that should implement change and enhance efficiencies for the business
  • Assist in implementing projects to enhance efficiency of work processes and workflows
  • Assist in drafting procedures, documenting business requirements and preparing reports
  • Monitor the progress of projects and change, ensure they are aligned with business objectives
  • Update senior management on the projects and change, and business operations

Key Requirements

  • Around 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, project and change etc
  • Good analytical and project management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other disciplines
  • Good English and Chinese language proficiency
