A professional services platform is seeking a CDD Officer to support client onboarding, AML reviews, and regulatory operations across Asia, with additional exposure to international jurisdictions.
This role offers exposure to client due diligence, onboarding processes, compliance operations, and cross-border stakeholder coordination within a dynamic regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess client onboarding documentation in line with AML and regulatory requirements
- Identify CDD gaps and communicate additional requirements to internal teams and clients
- Perform screening checks and analyse results for escalation or review
- Maintain and update onboarding records and ensure data accuracy
- Support remediation and periodic review of existing CDD records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure timely onboarding completion
- Respond to onboarding and compliance-related queries across business teams
- Support reporting and operational updates for the Regulatory Operations team
Key Requirements
- At least 2 to 4+ years of experience within AML, KYC, or CDD operations
- Good understanding of client onboarding and Hong Kong AML requirements
- Exposure to legal, fiduciary, or corporate services environments preferred
- AML or compliance-related qualification advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SharePoint or ViewPoint exposure advantageous
- Positive, detail-oriented, and able to work within fast-paced operational environments
