Our client is an international financial services firm providing alternative investment solutions to private banks, asset managers and institutional investors. The firm partners with leading investment managers and financial institutions to develop bespoke investment solutions across private equity, private credit, infrastructure and other alternative asset classes.
They are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager – Private Markets to support fund launches, investor and distributor onboarding, and ongoing client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new private market fund launches, including documentation, timelines and operational requirements.
- Work closely with fund administrators, distributors, investors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage investor and distributor onboarding, including KYC/AML and subscription documentation.
- Act as the primary contact for investor and distributor enquiries.
- Oversee investor reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate fund administrators and external service providers to maintain service quality.
- Support fund operational matters, issue resolution and ongoing fund administration.
- Assist with due diligence for new funds and distribution partners.
- Support the preparation of investment presentations, pitch books and related materials.
- Maintain fund procedures, agreements and service documentation.
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve operational processes and systems.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund operations, investor services or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of private market funds, including private equity, private credit or other alternative investments.
- Experience supporting fund launches, investor onboarding or ongoing fund operations.
- Familiarity with fund administrators, distributors and other fund service providers.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
