Our client, an established Corporate Services Provider, is seeking Corporate Administrators across junior to senior levels to support the administration of client structures. This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate, capital markets, and structured finance activities, with progression opportunities based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the administration of trusts and corporate structures
- Handle client correspondence and liaise with intermediaries, advisors, and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain client records, CDD documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with company secretarial duties including board packs, minutes, and resolutions
- Process payments, prepare reports, valuations, and maintain accurate records
- Manage personal client portfolios (for experienced candidates) with full accountability
- Support transactions across capital markets, structured finance, and real estate structures
- Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Mentor junior team members and support team delivery (for senior hires)
Suitable for both entry-level candidates (with training provided) and experienced administrators managing portfolios
Key Requirements
- Experience in corporate services, fiduciary, or financial services environments
- Understanding of compliance, CDD/KYC, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and client service skills
