Our client is a distinguished professional services firm with a global presence, seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client servicing within the group
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of existing and prospective clients, including their industries and key stakeholders.
- Manage and update statutory registers and books for your assigned client portfolio.
- Oversee the preparation, coordination, and submission of statutory forms and documents to regulatory bodies
- Supervise the daily operations of the group, ensuring that all client communications are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing current policies, procedures, and client service arrangements, aligning with evolving business and regulatory practices.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Corporate Governance, Law or related subjects
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role with experience in both onshore and offshore funds
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
