Key Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial Support
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers, corporate records, and meeting documentation
- Support preparation and filing of statutory submissions with ACRA
- Draft basic board resolutions, notices, and AGM/EGM documentation
- Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including scheduling and logistics
- Track statutory deadlines to ensure timely regulatory compliance
- Support company incorporations, strike-offs, and corporate changes
- Maintain accurate internal databases of directors, shareholders, and corporate data
- Liaise with regulators, external secretarial firms, auditors, and legal advisors as required
Office Administration
- Manage front-desk duties including calls, visitors, and mail handling
- Maintain office supplies, pantry items, and liaise with vendors for repairs or replenishment
- Assist with internal meetings, events, and occasional travel arrangements
- Ensure the office environment is organised, presentable, and well-maintained
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related disciplines
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial or office administration roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with Singapore corporate compliance and ACRA filings is a plus
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks
