Corporate Secretarial Specialist (Singapore, Hybrid)

An international corporate and fiduciary services provider is looking for an experienced Corporate Secretarial Specialist to join its Singapore team.

You will manage a portfolio of Singapore-incorporated companies and Singapore branches of foreign companies, supporting clients across statutory compliance, corporate actions, governance and ongoing entity administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Singapore companies and registered branches of foreign companies.
  • Handle a broad range of corporate secretarial and statutory compliance matters.
  • Prepare documentation for company and branch incorporations, Board resolutions and meetings, and corporate actions.
  • Prepare and lodge annual returns, financial statements and statutory changes with ACRA.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure statutory deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Liaise with auditors and support clients through statutory audit requirements.
  • Manage new client onboarding, ongoing monitoring and client due diligence.
  • Work closely with Compliance teams on annual client reviews and information requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on corporate secretarial and procedural matters.
  • Support staff relocation matters for clients where required.
  • Monitor outstanding client invoices and follow up on debtor matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal procedures and service delivery.
  • Support other client and administrative matters as required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant Corporate Secretarial experience.
  • ICSA / Chartered Governance qualification, or currently pursuing for the qualification.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore corporate secretarial practices and statutory requirements.
  • Experience handling a portfolio of corporate clients independently.
  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Meticulous and organised, with a strong sense of responsibility.
