Corporate Services Administrator (Jersey)

We are working with a well-established professional services provider seeking dedicated Corporate Services Administrators to join their growing team in Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of a portfolio of corporate structures, ensuring day-to-day administration runs smoothly and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records, including filing of documents and handling client correspondence.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and external stakeholders including legal advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meeting materials, resolutions, and minutes.
  • Assist in the execution of transactions across diverse asset types.
  • Conduct and prepare client due diligence documentation for both new and existing clients.
  • Support senior administrators and managers on ad-hoc projects and client-specific matters.
  • Maintain internal databases and document management systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and assisting in the implementation of best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Basic understanding of company and trust structures, corporate governance, and administrative processes.
  • Prior experience in a corporate administration or trust services role is highly preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Currently pursuing or willing to pursue a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP, CGI).
