Corporate Services Manager (London)

Our client, an established corporate, trust and fund services provider, is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex client structures while leading a team of administrators and accountants. This role involves operational oversight, financial management, team performance leadership, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality corporate, accounting, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of administrators and accountants, ensuring workload is appropriately delegated and managed.
  • Maintain full oversight of a varied portfolio of client entities, including handling highly complex cases directly.
  • Monitor internal control processes related to financial reporting, billing cycles, and periodic reviews.
  • Review and approve payments, transaction documents, and other key outputs within authorised limits.
  • Conduct formal performance reviews, establish development objectives, and identify training needs within the team.
  • Participate in management discussions and contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a team within a corporate services, fiduciary, or professional services environment.
  • Strong commercial discipline, with hands-on experience in accounting services: bookkeeping, accounts preparation, taxation, VAT, payroll, and corporate secretarial administration.
  • Fully qualified ACA or ACCA, with strong post-qualification experience.
  • Confident, collaborative, and capable of balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on client work.
