A regulated financial services organisation is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to support enterprise infrastructure operations and cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure across virtualisation, servers, networking, and security
- Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Oversee backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Support observability, monitoring, and performance optimisation of critical systems
- Manage endpoint environments and enterprise network/firewall configurations
- Participate in cloud migration initiatives (Azure/AWS) and support hybrid environments
- Ensure adherence to IT service management processes and ticketing workflows
- Support cost governance and FinOps considerations within cloud operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and operational resilience
Key Requirements
- At least 10+ years’ experience in infrastructure engineering or operations
- Experience within insurance, financial services, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong hands-on expertise across virtualisation, networking, backup, and enterprise infrastructure
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments
- Exposure to cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure models
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
