A leading global fund services platform is seeking a senior leader to oversee client services, relationship management, and commercial performance across its alternative funds (hedge funds / private equity) client base. This role combines client ownership, team leadership, and strategic execution, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and drive long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers across a portfolio of alternative investment funds (hedge funds / private equity)
- Build and maintain senior client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through cross-selling opportunities
- Oversee client onboarding, integration, and service delivery across complex fund structures
- Monitor client profitability, KPIs, and revenue forecasts
- Identify risks across client portfolios and work with internal teams to mitigate issues
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency
- Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams on business growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop team members while ensuring consistent service standards
Key Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in financial services, with strong exposure to alternative investment space (hedge funds / private equity)
- Proven leadership experience managing client service or relationship management teams
- Strong understanding of fund administration / hedge fund structures / complex fund structures
- Experience managing senior client relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
