This leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the firm’s regional strategy, driving innovation in technology and quantitative research, and ensuring smooth business setup and coordination with global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the firm’s strategic direction in Singapore.
- Oversee technology applications and ensure seamless integration to support investment and operational functions.
- Liaise with headquarters to facilitate the establishment and development of Singapore operations.
- Stay abreast of global market developments and quantitative investment trends to inform business decisions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative investment or research within the hedge fund or asset management industry.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets and quantitative investment trends.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, small-office environment.
