An independent global fund administration platform is expanding its client services function and is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to support its growing alternative funds portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, fund accounting oversight, and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and service delivery
- Develop a strong understanding of fund structures, services, and product offerings to support relationship growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fund launches
- Lead client communications, including service reviews and SLA discussions
- Monitor operational performance, risks, and regulatory considerations
- Partner with operations to drive process improvement and system enhancements
- Conduct periodic client risk assessments and maintain CRM records
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in fund accounting or client services within PE, hedge funds, or alternative investments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of fund operations, controls, and service delivery models
- Experience working within a fund administrator or professional services environment
