Our client is one of the leading Fund Services Providers with strong global track record. Due to business growth, they are looking for Fund Accounting Supervisor, to join a high-performing Private Equity Fund Accounting team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing client deliverables, mentoring junior colleagues, and bringing structure to complex fund portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and supervision of daily fund accounting operations and reporting, including consolidation on group structures
- Review and ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, valuations, and financial reporting packs according to accounting standards and regulations
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Support new fund launches and onboarding processes.
- Provide training, guidance, and review work of junior team members.
Key Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
- At least 3 - 6 years’ experience in Fund Accounting, preferably in Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Assets.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
