A fast-growing private markets investment platform is seeking an experienced Fund Relationship Manager to join its Fund Platform team in Luxembourg. This role sits at the core of fund launches, client relationships, and service-provider coordination, supporting semi-liquid and evergreen fund structures distributed across EMEA and APAC private wealth channels.
You will act as the primary point of contact for key fund sponsors and distributors, coordinating across internal teams and external service providers to resolve complex operational, onboarding, and delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Management & Launch
- Support new fund launches from product inception through operational readiness
- Own day-to-day client engagement post-launch, acting as the main relationship lead
- Coordinate onboarding of distributors and initial investors
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and launch deliverables
- Support data integration with major fund data and order-routing platforms
- Ensure smooth coordination with fund administrators on NAVs, fees, and reporting
Investor & Distributor Services
- Manage investor and distributor queries with high service standards
- Oversee subscription processes and review KYC / AML documentation
- Support preparation of marketing materials, pitch books, and fund teasers
Service Providers & Governance
- Manage relationships with administrators, data providers, and other vendors
- Support governance processes with boards, depositaries, and AIFMs
- Ensure cost efficiency and service quality across providers
Operating Model & Technology
- Contribute to the design of scalable operating models for new fund structures
- Ensure documentation of operating memoranda, policies, and SLAs
- Partner with technology teams to implement and enhance proprietary fund solutions
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience supporting fund setup and launch within asset management or fund platforms
- Strong knowledge of fund operations, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- Experience working with distributors, private banks, and service providers
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
