The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance broking and business development, with the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of General Insurance clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and ensure exceptional client servicing.
- Maintain close collaboration with underwriters and internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Leverage market insights and relationships to enhance business performance.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in General Insurance broking and sales.
- Demonstrated ability to produce and grow revenue through client acquisition.
- A transferable client book will be an advantage.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
