As a Manager – Employee Benefits, you will oversee a client portfolio, build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and provide strategic, tailored insurance solutions to meet complex organisational needs.
This senior Placing & Producing Employee Benefits role is responsible for managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of domestic business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a significant portfolio of employee benefits clients nationwide.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HR and finance leaders.
- Drive business development to grow the portfolio through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate with insurers and reinsurers to secure competitive, innovative solutions.
- Contribute to succession planning and the strategic development of the employee benefits practice.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and market forums.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in employee benefits broking or consultancy
- Proven track record of managing and growing complex employee benefits portfolios
- Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of regional employee benefits markets and established relationships across the market
