An international fund services provider is looking for a Senior Associate – Investor Services to join its Singapore team.
Supporting a portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients, you will manage day-to-day investor servicing activities across subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, investor records and KYC/AML requirements, while working directly with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Investor Services support for a portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients.
- Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions and investor transfers.
- Maintain shareholder registers and perform Transfer Agency activities.
- Conduct investor due diligence, including KYC and AML checks.
- Maintain accurate investor records and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate investor reporting and related services.
- Act as a point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day servicing requests.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within Financial Services.
- Experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency or Fund Services is preferred.
- Exposure to Hedge Funds, Private Equity or alternative investment funds.
- Familiarity with subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and investor onboarding processes.
- Understanding of KYC and AML requirements within financial services.
- Strong communication and client servicing skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
