A well-established technology-driven organization is looking for an experienced and highly driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of customer-focused product strategies across both B2B and B2C verticals.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic roadmap for consumer and enterprise software products.

Conduct in-depth market research, user research, and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams—including engineering, design, sales, and marketing—as well as external stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize product requirements.

Manage the full product lifecycle: from ideation and planning to execution, launch, and iterative improvement.

Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and documentation.

Develop, test, and refine product hypotheses through structured experimentation.

Own product performance metrics and use data insights to continuously improve product experience and value delivery.

Champion user-centric thinking and help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a product management role, ideally within a technology, fintech, or digital product environment.
- Strong grasp of full product lifecycle and demonstrated success in launching products or features with measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies used in product development, data analytics, and workflow management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
