We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Business Development professional to join a growing financial and corporate services firm. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Business Development in managing client and intermediary relationships.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, engagement letters, and other business materials.
- Respond to client and intermediary enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and referral sources to enhance business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to support business initiatives.
- Contribute to lead generation and gradually manage your own portfolio of clients and partners.
- Support compliance and risk considerations during client onboarding and service delivery.
- Participate in business planning, reporting, and performance tracking activities.
Key Requirements
- About 4–5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales within financial, legal, or professional services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver under pressure.
