Manager / Assistant Manager, Business Development (Singapore)

We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Business Development professional to join a growing financial and corporate services firm. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Business Development in managing client and intermediary relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, engagement letters, and other business materials.
  • Respond to client and intermediary enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners and referral sources to enhance business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to support business initiatives.
  • Contribute to lead generation and gradually manage your own portfolio of clients and partners.
  • Support compliance and risk considerations during client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Participate in business planning, reporting, and performance tracking activities.

Key Requirements

  • About 4–5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales within financial, legal, or professional services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver under pressure.
