A growing fund services platform is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager to support its Transfer Agency and Investor Services function. This role focuses on managing investor onboarding, transaction processing, and client servicing activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee investor onboarding processes including KYC/AML reviews and documentation
- Manage subscription, redemption, and transfer activities for investment funds
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of investor records and transaction processing
- Act as a key point of contact for investor and client queries
- Coordinate with internal teams, fund administrators, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Support reporting, reconciliation, and operational controls within the TA function
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
Key Requirements
- Experience in transfer agency, investor services, or fund administration environments
- Strong understanding of fund operations and investor lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
