Our client is one of the leading Fund Services Providers with strong global track record. Due to business growth, they are looking for Fund Accounting Manager / AVP, to join a high-performing Real Assets Fund Accounting team. This role offers exposure to complex asset classes, client leadership responsibilities, and the chance to contribute to process innovation in a fast-paced global business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting and reporting for real estate and real asset structures.
- Review and ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, valuations, and financial reporting packs according to accounting standards and regulations
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Oversee capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
- Drive operational improvements, automation, and process efficiencies.
- Supervise and develop a team of professionals.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in fund accounting, audit, or administration.
- Good knowledge of Real Asset / Real Estate Fund structures and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical and analytical ability, with a commercial mindset.
