Manager – Private Wealth, Fiduciary Services (Guernsey)

An international fiduciary services provider is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a Private Wealth team in Guernsey.

This leadership role combines team management, client relationship oversight, operational excellence, and fiduciary administration. You will oversee a team responsible for administering complex trust and private wealth structures while ensuring exceptional client service, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing development of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team administering trusts, companies, foundations, and private wealth structures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service standards.
• Manage workflows, resource planning, and service delivery across the team.
• Oversee complex client structures and support risk identification and mitigation.
• Act as relationship manager for selected high-value client portfolios.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and training.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep the team informed of regulatory developments and evolving industry practices.
• Support business initiatives, internal committees, and continuous process improvements.
