Our client is a global professional firm that offers Trust, Corporate and Fund services to clients. They have a good track record and reputation in the market. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a seasoned professional to join the Trust department and the position is based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the trust administration process to ensure high quality and accurate service delivery to clients.
- Foster good relationship with clients, assists in conducting annual reviews of trust and company appointments, attend to client requests
- Manage the full spectrum of trust setup such as incorporation, bank account setup, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements and client objectives etc
- Prepare and review trust documents, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with client intentions.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth trust administration and management process
- Provide guidance and supports to junior team members
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of Trust Administration and client relationship management experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualification in Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
- Good knowledge in the Trust industry
- Fluent in boh English and Chinese language
