A growing luxury and jewellery business backed by a diversified investment group is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the CEO in driving brand positioning, strategic marketing, and high-end business engagement across Hong Kong.
This is a highly visible role suited for someone who combines luxury branding, relationship management, and strong commercial communication skills, with the ability to contribute ideas and support business growth strategically.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in developing and executing marketing strategies for the jewellery and luxury business
- Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, luxury malls, industry associations, and strategic partners
- Organise and support exhibitions, client events, trade shows, and brand campaigns to drive market visibility and commercial impact
- Draft high-quality marketing materials, business proposals, speeches, press releases, and external communications
- Monitor campaign performance and provide market insights and recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to support business initiatives
- Represent and support the business in luxury industry and networking events
- Assist on strategic and ad-hoc business initiatives directly under the CEO office
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management, Business, or related disciplines
- Around 3+ years of experience in jewellery, luxury goods, premium lifestyle, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong luxury and consumer market
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese and English
- Professionally presented with confidence in high-end business and social environments
