Operations Manager, Fund Governance & Corporate Services (Singapore)

A growing independent provider of fund and corporate services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee governance, operational, and business support functions across its Singapore office.

This is a broad leadership role combining client delivery, board governance, fund documentation, operational oversight, team management, and internal business operations. Working closely with senior management, you will help ensure the smooth running of both client-facing services and internal infrastructure while driving operational excellence across the business.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in fund administration, corporate services, fiduciary services, or governance who enjoy both client engagement and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee board governance, shareholder meetings, and corporate governance activities.
  • Coordinate fund onboarding, KYC, AML, and investor due diligence processes.
  • Review fund documentation, governance records, and regulatory filings.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and external service providers.
  • Monitor governance deliverables and ensure timely completion across client portfolios.
  • Lead and supervise a small operations team, providing guidance and performance oversight.
  • Drive operational improvements, internal policies, and process enhancements.
  • Support regulatory compliance and governance framework implementation.
  • Oversee internal operational functions including billing, invoicing, vendor management, and office administration.
  • Partner with technology and cybersecurity vendors on systems, infrastructure, and licence management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Experience within Fund Administration, Corporate Services, Fiduciary Services, Fund Governance, or related sectors.
  • Experience coordinating board meetings, governance processes, and corporate documentation.
  • Good understanding of AML, KYC, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing operational workflows and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and able to thrive in a growing business environment.
