A growing fintech platform supporting private markets distribution is seeking a Platform Operations Support Engineer to help maintain and improve its client-facing systems. This role focuses on providing technical and functional support, resolving platform issues, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for client-facing SaaS platforms used by financial institutions
- Manage and triage support tickets, identifying bugs, support requests, or enhancement needs
- Prioritize and resolve issues based on client impact and platform stability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and test system fixes
- Maintain application data, integrations, and third-party data feeds
- Communicate updates and resolutions to internal teams and clients
- Support documentation, operational processes, and ongoing platform improvements
- Contribute to operational best practices and the evolution of platform support capabilities
Key Requirements
- Experience in application support, platform operations, or technical support roles
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments
- Experience with SQL scripting and databases such as SQL Server or MongoDB
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and internet-based application security
- Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming languages
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS environments (Azure preferred)
- Financial services or fintech experience beneficial
