Our client is an asset management firm that covers multi-asset investments for family offices, HNWI clients etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an investment manager for private equity investment and act as RO Type 9 for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to cover private equity investment process from origination, execution to portfolio monitoring
- Work with senior management to help source potential investment opportunities
- Conduct due diligence, financial modelling to evaluate potential investments
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on legal, tax, financing, deal structures, negotiation process etc
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trend
- Work with other team to support fundraising and marketing presentations to investors
- Act as Type 9 Responsible Officer to ensure compliance with SFC regulations and internal policies
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or other disciplines.
- At least 5 years of Private Equity, Venture Capital investment experience.
- Strong experience in valuation, financial modelling, transaction experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with business acumen.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; Fluent in Chinese and English.
