Job Title: Sales Gallery Manager (Real Estate/Property)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operations of the Sales Gallery.
- Represent the company brand professionally to local clients, investors, and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the market.
- Explore new client channels, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
- Maintain excellent relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with regional teams for product training, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular market analysis and reporting.
- Ensure the gallery space is always customer-ready and aligned with brand standards.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with prior experience in managing showrooms/galleries
- Strong local market knowledge with a motivated mindset for market expansion.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High personal integrity, professionalism, and client service orientation.
