Our client is a logistics group that provides airfreight forwarder, ocean freight forwarder and other logistics services.etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Sales Head for the Airfreight forwarding business and the position is based in Shenzhen, China.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Airfreight forwarding business
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identity business opportunities for the firm
- Oversee operations and provide guidance to team members
- Oversee and manage the overall financial performance and efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate performance and productivity
- Provide market insights to senior management that contribute to the overall business planning and strategy
- Other ad-hoc tasks when necessary
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or other qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics industry, familiarize with airfreight forwarder and BSA
- Track record in business development and strong market network
- Good management and leadership skills
- Good understanding of logistics industry trend and market landscape
- Good communication and business acumen
