Our client is a global provider of corporate, fiduciary, and fund administration services. Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their Corporate Services team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the formation and day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate entities.
- Liaise with clients and key external stakeholders such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and investment managers.
- Coordinate and manage transactions including drafting board/resolution documentation, preparing statutory filings, maintaining company records, and ensuring timely execution of corporate documentation.
- Oversee and process bank payments, reconcile payment logs, and manage payment approvals.
- Generate client invoices, monitor outstanding fees, and follow up on collections.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members while supporting their professional development.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and billing activities in line with client agreements; perform regular fee reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT regulations.
Key Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of relevant experience within the financial services or corporate administration industry.
- Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory obligations, including KYC / AML frameworks.
- Strong academic background; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Progressing towards or already holding a professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI is advantageous.
- A proactive and client-focused attitude, with a commitment to excellence and high service standards.
