We’re seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join a reputable Corporate Services team in Jersey. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing administrative processes, and supporting the delivery of high-quality corporate governance services to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of client entities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records and client documentation, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, delivering responsive and professional service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and effective client servicing.
- Support the preparation of reports, board packs, and other client documentation.
- Provide guidance or training to junior administrators where required.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a corporate or fiduciary services environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service excellence
- Well-organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
