We are working with a well-established fiduciary services provider seeking a Senior Administrator to support a specialist portfolio within its private client offering.
This role focuses on the day-to-day administration of structures, ensuring strong client service, regulatory compliance, and operational accuracy within a high-quality, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of structures, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services
- Maintain statutory records, filings, and client documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Perform KYC/AML processes and ongoing client due diligence
- Prepare resolutions, payments, and corporate documentation
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries to maintain strong working relationships
- Support junior team members and contribute to team delivery standards
- Monitor billing and assist with overall portfolio management
Key Requirements
- Experience within trust, corporate, or fiduciary services
- Good understanding of AML/KYC and corporate governance requirements
- Strong organisational and client servicing capabilities
- Professional qualification (or working towards) such as STEP, ACA, or equivalent preferred
