Senior Administrator, Trusts & Private Clients (St. Helier, Jersey)

We’re seeking a motivated Senior Administrator to join a leading global fiduciary and corporate services provider. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of client portfolios within the private wealth and family office space, while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting managers in delivering exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of trusts, companies, and foundations across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Prepare and review board minutes, trustee resolutions, filings, agreements, and payment instructions.

  • Manage client onboarding, KYC/AML checks, due diligence, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering growth and professional development.

  • Act as a key point of contact, maintaining strong ties with clients, advisors, banks, and other stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, support billing cycles, and maintain accurate audit-ready records.

Key Requirements

  • Some experience in fiduciary, trust, or corporate administration.
  • Studying towards or already holding a STEP / CGI qualification (or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of offshore structures and fiduciary principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with family office clients or multi-jurisdictional structures (preferred).
