We are seeking a Senior Associate in Trust Administration to join a dynamic fiduciary services team in Singapore. This role will oversee a portfolio of trust structures, ensuring compliance, governance, and client satisfaction. It offers the chance to work closely with private clients, professional advisors, and stakeholders, delivering best-in-class administrative support within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and related structures, ensuring high standards of governance, compliance, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate client records, KYC updates, and due diligence requirements in line with regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of trustee and director resolutions, as well as other statutory documents.
- Support trust establishment, including collation of onboarding documents, FATCA/CRS forms, and account openings.
- Act as a key liaison with banks, registered agents, clients, and external service providers.
- Ensure proper maintenance of digital and physical records, including ongoing monitoring and year-end follow-ups.
- Issue fee invoices, track payments, and support debt recovery efforts.
- Assist with internal projects and contribute to process improvements across the trust administration function.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. STEP membership (or working towards it) highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in trust administration or fiduciary services.
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, and trust regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage priorities under pressure.
