An international corporate services provider is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join its Registrar & Transfer Agency team in Hong Kong.
This role focuses on supporting listed company share registration services, ensuring the accurate execution of shareholder transactions while maintaining exceptional client service and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and market participants to deliver high-quality registrar and transfer agency services within a well-established international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day share registration and shareholder administration activities.
- Process share transfers, share removals, and other corporate actions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and service standards.
- Support a portfolio of listed company clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure agreed turnaround times are consistently achieved.
- Maintain oversight of client portfolios, including billing and outstanding balances.
- Escalate operational risks, exceptions, and compliance issues where appropriate.
- Support operational improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Provide guidance and operational support to team members when required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience within Share Registration, Registrar & Transfer Agency, Corporate Actions, or Corporate Services.
- Good knowledge of share registration services for listed companies.
- Familiarity with shareholder administration and corporate action processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
