An established professional services firm in Jersey is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Services Administrator to manage a diverse portfolio of client structures. This role offers strong technical exposure, structured support from subject-matter experts, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and well-established team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary structures from onboarding through to closure or liquidation
- Handle statutory and regulatory requirements including FATCA/CRS, economic substance, annual filings, and periodic reviews
- Prepare and coordinate bank payments, resolutions, minutes, and related documentation
- Maintain regular client communication via email, phone, and occasional face-to-face meetings
- Address review findings raised during periodic client file reviews
- Collaborate with offshore support teams on payment processing and document preparation
- Ensure records are maintained accurately and in line with internal and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a supportive team environment with ongoing training and development opportunities
Key Requirements
- Proven experience within trust or corporate administration
- Holds or is working towards a recognised professional qualification (e.g. STEP, ACCA, ICSA or equivalent)
- Professional communicator with a positive and collaborative approach
