A financial services platform is seeking a commercially minded Business Development professional to support senior leadership in driving client engagement, sales pipeline development, and intermediary relationship management.
This role is well suited to candidates from trust, corporate services, compliance, or fund administration backgrounds who are looking to transition into a more client-facing, commercially focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of pitch materials, client proposals, and presentations
- Participate in client and intermediary meetings and support follow-up actions
- Maintain strong working relationships with intermediaries and clients
- Develop strong understanding of service offerings and cross-selling opportunities
- Support identification of new business opportunities across trust, corporate, and fund services
- Track business development activity and pipeline progress
- Contribute towards team revenue and growth targets
- Support client onboarding processes including KYC documentation and regulatory requirements
- Provide oversight on administrative deliverables related to onboarding and proposals
Key Requirements
- At least 3+ years’ experience in trust, corporate services, fund administration, compliance, or related financial services
- Good understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- STEP qualification (or willingness to pursue) is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
