A leading offshore financial services platform is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to support the administration of investment fund structures and related corporate entities within its growing funds business.
This role combines client servicing, fund administration, regulatory coordination, and stakeholder management, offering exposure to complex structures and cross-border fund environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of investment funds and related entities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Act as a primary contact for clients, intermediaries, and service providers
- Coordinate fund administration activities, including fund setup and ongoing operations
- Prepare accurate and timely responses to client and stakeholder queries
- Support board meetings and prepare minutes and related documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery and operational efficiency
- Monitor deadlines, prioritise workflows, and maintain accurate records and time reporting
- Support process improvements and contribute to overall service quality
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience within fund administration, corporate services, or fiduciary environments
- Good understanding of investment fund structures and offshore regulatory frameworks
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within offshore finance or Channel Islands environments is advantageous
