Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and manage reinsurance placements for the Philippines market.
- Maintain and expand relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead renewal negotiations and support new business acquisition.
- Deliver tailored solutions across general insurance and reinsurance lines.
- Provide market insights, analytics, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of reinsurance or general insurance broking experience.
- Strong established network within the Philippines insurance market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage both renewals and new business pipelines.
