We are working with a leading global fund services provider that supports top-tier private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment managers worldwide. As part of their continued expansion in Singapore, they are seeking a high-caliber professional to join their Private Equity Fund Accounting team at the Senior Manager / Associate Director level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of fund accounting and administration services for a portfolio of Private Equity clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of fund accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Review and sign-off on financial statements, capital call and distribution notices, management fee and carried interest calculations, and other investor reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel on audit and tax-related matters.
- Support business growth initiatives, including client onboarding, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the Private Equity Fund Accounting division, driving operational efficiency and service innovation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience in Private Equity fund accounting and/or audit of Private Equity funds.
- Good technical expertise in fund structures, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and client servicing skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
