A leading consumer electronics platform is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive performance across complex, multi-vendor service operations. This role focuses on end-to-end service delivery across repair, logistics, and warehousing, ensuring strong SLA performance, cost efficiency, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise end-to-end service delivery across repair, logistics, and warehousing operations
- Manage multi-vendor and partner-led service environments to ensure consistent performance
- Drive SLA adherence, cost control, and service quality across operations
- Design and enhance service delivery models to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Key Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or service delivery roles
- Strong experience in complex, multi-vendor or partner-led environments
- Background in after-sales, logistics-intensive, or device protection businesses
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs including SLA, cost, and quality
- Proven ability to manage and optimise end-to-end service delivery models
