About the Opportunity
A fast-growing technology-driven organisation with strong global presence is seeking for Senior Software Engineers to help design, build, and scale next-generation customer engagement and AI-powered platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cloud-native applications, omnichannel customer solutions, and emerging AI technologies while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that support business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications and platforms.
- Build customer engagement and contact center solutions using modern technologies.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and MVPs for new products and features.
- Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into existing and new platforms.
- Configure and develop solutions on AWS cloud services and platforms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely incident resolution.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on solution delivery.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.
- Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Software engineering experience in enterprise or cloud environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.
- Experience building applications on AWS cloud platforms. (AWS certifications would be a plus.)
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Connect, S3, SQS, SNS, API GW, EC2, AWS lambda, AppSync, or similar.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and Agile development practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Knowledge in source code repository and branching models in Git and usage of tools such as GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket etc.
- Working knowledge of Agile and/or Lean methodologies along with tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Sharepoint.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working experience in Linux based environment.
