Senior Trust Administrator (Jersey, Channel Islands)

Europe   14th September 2026

An international trust and corporate services provider is looking for a Senior Trust Administrator to join its Jersey team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced trust or corporate services professional to take greater ownership of a portfolio of client entities, working across entity administration, corporate governance, transactions, KYC and client servicing.

At Senior Administrator level, you will also become a key point of support for junior colleagues, with opportunities to delegate, review work, coach and develop team members — providing a natural progression towards broader portfolio and team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities.
  • Maintain statutory books, client databases and corporate records accurately and ensure required filings and payments are completed.
  • Support the incorporation and liquidation of client entities.
  • Assist with the organisation and servicing of periodic Board meetings.
  • Liaise directly with clients, tax advisers, lawyers, notaries, government bodies and other professional advisers.
  • Coordinate with international offices on cross-border client matters.
  • Support the structuring and execution of client transactions where required.
  • Collect and maintain KYC documentation and support ongoing client file requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain internal tracking and periodic reporting.
  • Assist with accounts receivable matters relating to assigned clients.
  • Act as a first point of contact for junior team members.
  • Delegate and review work while supporting the coaching and development of junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • Academic background in Business, Corporate Law or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience within a trust, corporate services, fiduciary or legal services environment.
  • Good understanding of client entity administration and corporate governance requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with clients and external professional advisers.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to urgent requirements.
