A leading real estate developer is seeking an experienced Site Head to lead the execution of high-end residential construction projects. This role will oversee end-to-end site delivery, from pre-construction planning through project completion, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Review engineering drawings to support value engineering and cost optimisation
- Evaluate construction methodology, materials, and execution strategy
- Develop detailed project schedules and site logistics plans
- Review and validate project budgets and bill of quantities
- Support identification and evaluation of contractor partners
- Participate in commercial and technical negotiations
- Manage cross-functional construction teams and site stakeholders
- Maintain construction quality, technical standards, and documentation controls
- Ensure full compliance with safety and statutory requirements
- Oversee project financial tracking, bill certifications, and reporting
Key Requirements
- At least 15+ years of experience in construction project execution
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Strong experience in real estate construction, ideally high-end residential developments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capability
