Senior Accountant | Accounting Manager

About the Opportunities
Our client is an established international professional services organisation seeking experienced accounting professionals to support its portfolio of corporate entities and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
Opportunities are available at Senior Accountant and Accounting Manager levels, focusing on accounting and financial reporting for investment-related corporate structures, particularly those associated with private equity and real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of SPVs and corporate entities associated with private equity and real estate investments.
- Prepare and review periodic management accounts, financial statements and annual accounts.
- Handle general ledger accounting, reconciliations and relevant group accounting matters.
- Coordinate applicable tax reporting and statutory compliance requirements
- Liaise with external auditors and support statutory audits and financial reporting reviews.
- Work closely with clients and external advisers on accounting, corporate, legal and tax-related matters.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting controls, reporting procedures and service quality standards.
- Manage multiple client assignments, reporting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and international offices to resolve accounting and operational matters.
Senior Accountant – SPV & Corporate Services
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and reporting responsibilities for assigned corporate entities.
- Experience coordinating with clients, auditors and external professional advisers.
Accounting Manager – SPV & Corporate Services
- Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience, subject to confirmation.
- Experience reviewing accounting deliverables and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
- Ability to oversee multiple client assignments, maintain reporting standards and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or a related discipline.
- Relevant accounting experience within an international organisation, corporate services provider, fund services firm or similar professional services environment.
- Experience in SPV accounting, corporate entity accounting or investment holding structures, preferably involving private equity or real estate.
- Strong financial accounting, analytical and financial statement preparation skills.
- Familiarity with accounting for multi-entity or cross-border corporate structures.
- Strong communication and client relationship management capabilities.
