A leading consumer electronics business is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will drive performance across logistics, warehousing, repair operations, and vendor management to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, and repair services
- Oversee third-party vendors, ensuring strong performance across SLAs, cost, quality, and turnaround times
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across supply chain processes
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational execution
Key Requirements
- At least 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or repair operations
- Experience within the consumer electronics industry in Australia highly desirable
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs including SLA performance, cost control, and service quality
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
