An international fiduciary services provider is seeking a Trust Officer to join its Hong Kong office.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of international trust, company, and foundation structures while working closely with clients, professional advisers, and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundation structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional advisers.
- Administer structures across multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman, UK, and other offshore jurisdictions where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, fiduciary, and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate payments, transactions, and day-to-day administration of client structures.
- Support AML, KYC, and other compliance-related activities.
- Liaise with clients and global teams to deliver seamless cross-border services.
- Maintain accurate statutory records and corporate documentation.
- Prioritise workloads and support junior team members where required.
- Support continuous professional development and regulatory best practices.
Key Requirements
- Experience within Trust, Fiduciary, Corporate Services, or Private Wealth administration.
- Good understanding of trust and company administration, corporate governance, and fiduciary structures.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional structures, particularly Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman, UK, or other offshore jurisdictions, would be highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- STEP, HKTA Accredited Trust Practitioner (ATP), or equivalent qualification preferred (or willingness to pursue).
