Our client is an established trust and fiduciary services provider. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of trusts, companies, and complex wealth structures. This role focuses on delivering high-quality client service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the ongoing management of private client structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and intermediaries
- Ensure compliance with trust provisions, regulatory requirements, and AML obligations
- Prepare and review trust documentation, including deeds and legal records
- Conduct due diligence, AEOI, and beneficial ownership reviews
- Handle client requests and transactions within tight deadlines
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Support senior leadership on client servicing and operational matters
Key Requirements
- At least 5+ years’ experience in trust and company administration
- Strong knowledge of trust structures, estate planning, and regulatory requirements
- Professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience managing complex portfolios and high-volume workloads
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
