Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer – Private Wealth (Jersey)

Our client is an established trust and fiduciary services provider. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of trusts, companies, and complex wealth structures. This role focuses on delivering high-quality client service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the ongoing management of private client structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and intermediaries
  • Ensure compliance with trust provisions, regulatory requirements, and AML obligations
  • Prepare and review trust documentation, including deeds and legal records
  • Conduct due diligence, AEOI, and beneficial ownership reviews
  • Handle client requests and transactions within tight deadlines
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members
  • Support senior leadership on client servicing and operational matters

Key Requirements

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in trust and company administration
  • Strong knowledge of trust structures, estate planning, and regulatory requirements
  • Professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience managing complex portfolios and high-volume workloads
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
